Position: Dock / Marina / Fish Processing
Assist customers with their proper utilization of their boats, equipment, and fishing gear, including maneuvering in and out of the marina. Execute fish processing orders, including filleting, vacuum packing, and boxing each customer’s catch. Other tasks will include cleaning boats, fish processing equipment, and the dock building. Maintaining and repairing customer fishing gear. Operating the marina fuel station. All employees must be honest, presentable, self-motivated, punctual, and dependable. Must be willing to work well with others and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Compensation: Hourly DOE. All employees must pass a pre-employment drug test for illegal drugs as well as marijuana.
Position: Front Desk / Gift Shop
Responsible for checking in and out of all resort guests. Handling all guest’s inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. Cashiering duties for company gift shop as well as other credit card/cash payments taken both in person and on the phone. Handle reservations for rental boats, RV spots, moorage spots, and accommodations. Use of computer and windows software to manage various schedules and information. All employees must be honest, presentable, self-motivated, punctual, and dependable. Must be willing to work well with others and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Compensation: Hourly DOE. All employees must pass a pre-employment drug test for illegal drugs as well as marijuana.
Position: Housekeeping
Clean and maintain guest rooms daily. Launder and restock linens. Ensure that company facilities including the office, restaurant, laundry, and public restrooms are properly cleaned and presentable. All employees must be honest, presentable, self-motivated, punctual, and dependable. Must be willing to work well with others and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Compensation: Hourly DOE. All employees must pass a pre-employment drug test for illegal drugs as well as marijuana.
Position: Kitchen / Bar
Work under the direction of the Kitchen Manager/Chef, assisting in various activities such as preparing food, stocking drinks and snacks, replenishing steam tables, and washing and sanitizing dishes. All kitchen staff is responsible for maintaining the kitchen, prep area, bar, and restaurant in a clean and sanitary manner, this will include mandatory deep cleaning as directed by the Kitchen Manager/Chef. All employees who work in the Bar must have a current TAMS Card (Alcohol Management Card). All employees must be honest, presentable, self-motivated, punctual, and dependable. Must be willing to work well with others and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Position: Shipping Clerk
Responsibilities: Box customers' fish and prepare it for shipping or pick-up. Log daily catch records and prepare customer invoices for collection. Prepare FedEx labels for overnight shipment. Solve customer concerns related to their fish processing order. Qualifications: Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision. Must have good computer skills, including a workable understanding of windows and database software like Microsoft Access. Must have good English skills and be able to communicate effectively through writing and over the phone. Prior shipping/receiving experience a plus. Familiarity with FedEx ship software and FedEx products and services also a plus. Compensation: Hourly DOE

Position: Van Driver
Responsible for the safe transport of guests, their luggage, and fish to and from the airport and to various locations around Ketchikan. Running resort errands, including transporting items to and from other company locations. Must be capable of driving a 15-passenger van with a trailer. Must be able to present a clean driving record without a DUI conviction in the last 10 years. Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and respond to their questions. All employees must be honest, presentable, self-motivated, punctual, and dependable. Must be willing to work well with others and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Compensation: DOE. Responsibilities: Help customers dock their boats as they maneuver in and out of the dock, fuel and service the Resort's rental fleet, keep the dock and processing areas neat and presentable to customers, take customers' fish processing orders, fillet and vacuum pack customers' fish, light dock and facilities maintenance, maintain fish tackle inventory and stock fishing tackle boxes, provide general fishing and area knowledge to customers. Qualifications: Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision. Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the customer and the lodge. Must have good customer service skills, including a good command of the English language, including legible handwriting. Must be able to multi-task various activities at once. Must have general fishing knowledge and the ability to provide fishing instruction to guests. Must maintain professional dress and grooming standards. Must be prompt and dependable. Prior fish cutting/fish processing experience a plus but not necessary. Compensation: Hourly DOE

Responsibilities: Responsible to insure guest rooms, guest areas, laundry, and public restrooms are professionally cleaned and properly maintained. Responsible to assist lodge cook in meal preparation, including setting up for meals, prepping items for meals, and kitchen clean-up including the meal dishes. Qualifications: Must be honest, neat, self-motivated, and be able to work independently or with others. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through with each task to its completion. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written communication. Must be punctual and dependable. Prior housekeeping/kitchen experience a plus. Compensation: Hourly DOE

Position: Customer Service Rep / Desk Clerk
Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure that guest needs and expectations are met. Handle customer inquiries and reservations, both face-to-face in the office and over the telephone. Process sales from the gift shop and collect money for fish processing invoices. Maintain gift shop inventory including restocking and reorder recommendations. Enter fish processing orders in the company's fish processing database. Process credit card payments and balance the drawer at the end of each shift. Qualifications: Must be honest, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with others. Must maintain dress and grooming standards that will not detract from the reputation of the company. Must be able to problem solve, resolve customer complaints, and make determinations about what items need to be elevated to your manager. Must have basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have good phone manners and a pleasant manner of speech. Must be punctual and dependable. Must have good command of the English language, including professional written communication. Must be able to handle money, make change for customers, and balance the till at the end of your shift. Must have good computer skills, including a workable understanding of windows and database software like Microsoft Access. Most be highly organized. Work must be consistent.
